I ordered this scale with a bunch of other items and one week in, it was not working really well.
The 1st scale glitched badly. The grams would not go up and then they would skip a ton and then they would go back down in weight when I didn’t even add anymore to it.

I reached out to customer service and they immediately replaced it with another scale after I sent videos of how it was malfunctioning. The new one is working so far and I’m satisfied with it. Hopefully, it won’t malfunction again 🙏. Thank you, Framar! 💖
